If corruption didn’t exist, we would undoubtedly be a better country. Criminal groups would not have grown to such magnitudes as to massacre families, as happened in Bavispe and many other places.
Today, we have the opportunity to reflect as one nation. It is essential that we unite as a single front because the actions of one person do indeed impact the lives of others.
Corruption threatens justice, violates victims’ rights, and erodes trust in institutions. Combating it in all areas of life is vital for a fair and equitable society. This is the Mexico where we all deserve to live.
