Collection of information that identifies you as an individual or information which is linked or

linkable to you as an individual, is referred to throughout this Privacy Statement as “Personal Information.”

When you engage with rhonitavive.com (R.V.) or visit or use our website, we do not collect much information. In general, the type and amount of information we collect on you will depend on how you choose to interact with R.V.

If you make a donation, we will collect only your name and e-mail address so that we can send you a receipt and thank you for your donation. All other payment information, such as your credit card number to process your transaction, is handled by Stripe, a third-party payment service to process donation payments.

We may use or interact with third parties to conduct fundraising campaigns, promotions or events. In these instances, we may receive access to donor reports which includes donor name, contact information and donation amount. We also may receive your Personal Information if you respond to a marketing campaign or other promotion benefitting R.V. that is conducted by

a third party.

If you seek employment with R.V. or volunteer for R.V., we will collect information related to your role. For instance, we will collect employment history information if you submit a resume

to R.V. If you are volunteering to assist in an R.V. event, we may collect information relating to

the volunteer services to be performed.

We do not provide member information to telemarketers, mailing list brokers, or other companies that are not offering R.V.-endorsed services or benefits. Third parties do not collect personally identifiable information about the online activities of individuals who visit our sites.

HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

You may be asked to provide different types of Personal Information, including your name and email address. Stripe our 3rd party billing service may request storage of additional information such as your billing address, credit card number and expiration date.

We and our service providers may use Personal Information for the following purposes:

• Inquiries. We will use your Personal Information to respond to your inquiries and to provide you with the information, resources and services you request.

• Information and Events. We may use your Personal Information to keep you informed about news developments, to invite you to upcoming R.V. events in your area or to request voluntary time.

• Fundraising. We may use certain Personal Information to contact you for the purpose of raising money for R.V. but any such communication will provide you with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving such future communications. If you reengage with R.V. without indicating your intent to opt-out, we will re-subscribe your email in order to ensure that you do not miss out on R.V. updates.

SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

R.V. may share Personal Information with its service providers and other third-parties that assist R.V. in furtherance of its mission. Information is only shared with third-parties pursuant to confidentiality requirements. In furtherance of our mission, your Personal Information may be shared with the following categories of third parties: service providers, R.V. affiliates, volunteers and others with your consent or as required by law.

We may need to share Personal Information with third-parties that provide operational services on our behalf (such as website hosting, information technology and infrastructure, data analytics, email delivery, order fulfillment, auditing, or other services) or that assist R.V. in providing you with support

and resources.

• R.V. Affiliates. We may provide your information to affiliated organizations that share a common mission with R.V.

• Volunteers. We may share limited Personal Information, such as contact information, with volunteers who are assisting R.V. and who require the information as part of their duties. Volunteers who are entrusted with Personal Information execute confidentiality

agreements with R.V. prior to receiving any such information.

• Social Media. If you engage with R.V. on a public, social media platform, you may be sharing your Personal Information with your friends associated with your social media account, to other website users and to your social media account provider, in connection with your social sharing activity. Please note that any information you post within these public forums or social media pages may become public and may be read, collected, and used by anyone. Please exercise caution when deciding whether to disclose your Personal Information in these forums

• Other Uses or Disclosures of Personal Information. We may also use and disclose your Personal Information as we believe to be necessary or appropriate: (a) to comply with applicable law, which may include laws outside your country of residence, to respond to requests from public and government authorities, which may include authorities outside your country of residence, to cooperate with law enforcement, or for other legal reasons; (b) to enforce our Terms of Use; and (c) to protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, and/or that of our affiliates, you or others.

We protect your Personal Information by using technologies and processes provided by Fastlane tools. Only authorized employees or agents with a legitimate business purpose are allowed to access your Personal Information. We train our employees and agents to implement

and understand our privacy and confidentiality policies. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please immediately notify us in accordance with the “Contact Us” section above.

Please understand that R.V. is not responsible for the privacy practices of websites linked to our sites or other third parties. When leaving an R.V. site using such a link or by clicking on an advertisement, you should review the applicable privacy policy of the other party.

NOTICES AND DISCLOSURES

• Children’s Privacy. R.V. does not knowingly request or collect information from any person under 12 years of age without parental consent. If you believe that your child has submitted Personal Information to R.V. without your consent and you would like this info restricted or removed, please contact us using one of the methods provided in “Contact Us” above.

• Rhonitavive.com does not intentionally share sensitive info on children under 12. If you find any on our website, please contact us and we will have it removed

immediately.

• Links to Third-Party Websites. Our Website/Services may contain links to third-party websites, whose privacy practices may be different from R.V.’s. This Privacy Statement

does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information or other practices of any third-parties, including any third-party operating any website or service to which the Services link. Links to other sites do not imply R.V.’s endorsement of the products or services or privacy or security practices of those websites. In addition, we are not responsible for the information collection, use, disclosure or security policies or practices of other organizations, such as Facebook, Apple, Google, Microsoft, RIM or any other app developer, app provider, social media platform provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider or device manufacturer, including with respect to any Personal Information you disclose to other organizations through or in connection with the sites or our social media pages.

• Information on Third-Parties.

If you disclose any Personal Information relating to other people to us, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use the information in accordance with this privacy statement.
